GR_Ranger
Hi, just wanted to let you guys know that when I clicked a link from google to your forum, I was redirected to a different website. Some sort of advertisement or something and it was asking me if i wanted to unlock the site's content. When I clicked the back button, and then told IE explorer to "Leave this Page" I was redirected to the correct forum page.
petsfed
That occasionally happens on the user's end, especially if you've got an undiscovered trojan. Run a virus/adware scan, then see if you can recreate the redirect.

Operative
Yep, it's a known virus (specifically an adware). It's commonly not dangerous, just annoying.
GR_Ranger
I'm running Norton on my a computer all day sez it's clean. Today, I was able to recreate the redirect on another at work, same result. Looks like it's just not my computer. It's gotta somethingn coming from this website. Operative
Norton won't catch anything because it's not a 'virus' in the common sense. It's a change in the registry. EDIT: I tried to replicate it, cliked the link at google search several times. Nothing different happened. JohnTC02
I've never had this problem, not sure if it's because I regularly use CCleaner. Be warned though if you do use it to clean up your PC make sure you add your "safe" cookies to the safe list as it will delete them all resulting in all your saved passwords being lost. Rocky
This actually happened to me once, but it happened so quick I was like "wait, ... what?", then I could not replicate it
