As usual I loosened the accuracy on the enemy weapons to even the odds and with my crappy old M1s and Tommy Guns, I'm getting some wicked long firefights. I even installed the German voices from that Barbarossa mod (which is also very good) and now the Germans sound right too. I think the mission briefings are excellent and I like the feel of it. I've been reading and watching Band of Brothers lately so I chose to play as the 101st. Anyway, It's a cool little mod. Next I'm going to re-equip the uinits in the Battle for Foy mod to make it compatible. I highly recommend this nice piece of work to all and sundry. OsM_Prodigy Posted June 11, 2003 Share Posted June 11, 2003 yeah man, welcome to the WOI community. i was a loyal player but recently i uninstalled WOI to get some space back(runnin low on HD space;)) but ill install it again cuz im missing my baby(aka BAR). oh, btw im starting up a squad if you are interested(hopefully you have UBI cuz i dont use Gamespy), its called 1ID(1st Infantry Division). ill get a link to my board and site once i find it, i kinda put construction off for a lil bit. lol hope you have fun playin this magnificent lil WWII mod like myself, magic, and swarm and many others have here(and still are having fun with it). well i think ive rambled on enuff. sorry. and let the fragging begin.
