pz3 Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 US border for sure... US Citizen does not have to identify himself to any law enforcement unless the officer has cause. Cause being you are committing a crime. In which case you would be also arrested. That is why he is allowed to pass. Officers use strong coercion to check individuals though.
