Need sample of config file for dedicated server which has coop play

Hi all, Just purchased the game primarily for co op play, and need help with configuring the dedicated server setup. My friends and I are primarily interested in the coop play but in the file containing the game types I saw everything else but coop listed. Is this something I have to add?

Hoping someone could just show me a sample of coop file configered so I have something to go by,

Also I don't even see where to include the server name or password for players.

Thanks guys, now rent this server from a company that allows me to have up to 4 different games as servers on it. What I do is go in and pick what game My friends and I want to play and start it up (I can only run 1 server at a time, so I have to pick which game). I get this server for only $25.00 a month so it's a really good deal. I'm not going to give the name of the company cuz I don't know if that's allowed here. But that means the server is located in NY City and so I do everything through a control panel.

Anyway the setup file I have are as follows.

I have something called default config files, and then in a separate control panel I have a settings folder, and in that folder a folder called

help_server_settings.txt

should the info in the help_server_settings.txt actually be in the default config file?
