TheMartyr
I was wondering if Ghost Recon Online will ever be put up for Steam users. The reason for this is because when i try to download GRO it tries to open a page on my internet explorer, (which is retarded on my computer and doesn't work) and i can't get it to use firefox or chrome. So right now there is really no way for me to play GRO, so i think it should be put on Steam.
Blame
It worked fine with Chrome, I can enter GRO, but the gameplay is literally all about ping so it's dead for me.

Generally the way this works for successful and modestly successful P4F/P4C games is the Developer/Publisher will not put the game on Steam unless or until it reaches sell-through on development costs, or starts to see revenue fall. As Steam takes a sizable cut the Publisher will prefer to milk the game for all it's worth first outside of Steam to maximize return. But as Steam offers an enormous market venue Publishers can't afford to ignore, I'd say it's inevitable GR:O will eventually be available on Steam -- how long just depends on how it performs as far as income it generates vs. costs of development and operation.
