I had this in my inbox this morning.

Hotmail wouldn't ask for personal information like date of birth or password.

If anyone else receives this email I would advise that you delete it, I have reported this email to hotmail.

I don't like posting email addresses but in this case I will so you know who sent it.

Senders email addy:

j_shybee@hotmail.com

I mentioned that I reported the email to hotmail so it's the same thing really.

Yep, using the webmail version of windows live, had this account for over 10 years without any problems.

If you get this in your inbox I would also suggest changing your password.

seriously? i had to close my old hotmail down because i got so much spam and phishing emails. mum had to do the same recently with her hotmail

but wow, that's pretty amazing.

Just to shed some light on this, Hotmail will never ask for your details, why would they when they have it on their server? The CAPTCHA has no captcha logo and how would the captcha be able to track what is written in the reply? exactly. just be wary people research before you respond
