No, it was established before GR was even released.

We were hacked at the end of 2002 and these particular boards were opened up for the public in early 2003 (my join date).

But we were around long before that. I do believe 2001 was the right year, I don't think it was 2000.

You folks are making this really hard to judge now, some great banners there.

Who says you can only use one? They can be rotated or changed a regular basis. :yes:

I'm not to keen on banners that change too much, a site needs an identity or a brand that visitors can instantly identify with, even on a subconscious level - so a static banner than doesn't change every click, day, week, month or even year, is a good thing.

There's a wee tip for budding website owners <_<

I was thinking more like Camaro5.com. Where the banner stays the same but the car changes... if that makes sense.

Also DigitalCorvettes.com does it too, I think. :)

Haven't been on BFS in a long time, had totally forgotten they do that.
