Dick Splash
During my gaming absence over the PSU replacement, I can see that the Nvidia control panel is a bit different. What's the optimum settings for GRAW 2 MP? I'm just using one graphics card and the 'Set Multi-GPU and PhysX Configuration' page is new to me. How should that be configured? Pave Low
There is a GRAW2 profile already in the driver (under program settings) so you shouldn't need to do any specific game configuration changes for it as to a few general "global settings" tweaks (system wide): Turn multi-display off and to "single display performance mode" Personally I turn PhysX off (unselect GPU) so all the cards resources are allocated to the game (also turn it off in game) and also turn "CUDA GPU's" to "none" (untick the Graphics card)
Dick Splash
Thanks for the advice Pave. I've done the first two. Where do I unselect GPU to sort the PhysX out? DS
Pave Low
On mine it's on the "Set SLI configuration" page but as you have one card not sure if you'll have that....do you instead have a page listed as "Set PhysX configuration" ?

Dick Splash
Now I've disabled PhysX on the control panel, it's no longer an option in the game, and defaults to 'Normal'. Shoul I disable multi-GPU too? The game seems to chug a little. DS

Dick Splash
disable multi-GPUHmmm...I updated the drivers to 270.61 and then ran 3DMark. It chugged and and stopped running the program. I then uninstalled the drivers from device manager, reinstalled them and the same thing happened in 3DMark. This time though, it lowered the resolution and popped up an driver not working message. I then ran Windows Experience Index and it dropped from 5.9 to 5.0, and that drop was in the graphics performance. Is this a driver issue?
