jeantech phantom case causing cooling issues?

i'm trying to rule out why my PC is still running to warm for comfort doing nothing special apart from recording temps. the good thing is, it works and its quieter now i've fitted a new PSU in there.

but the cooling is still an issue.

the PC running idle will run at nothing higher than 47 out of 69 degrees, cooler than previous temps but still a little too warm for comfort.

question #1 can i superglue a 120mm fan onto the case? its really annoying trying to find fitting screws only to find they dont fit either the case or the fan.

one thing i didnt pick up on, Alex said the bad cooling was the jeantech phantom case, it had no intake or outlet holes what so ever on the side of the case she said that can cause bad heat circulation. she did actually say to me cooler master was the better case maker of the two, but she agreed the phantom still looked okay so we agreed on the phantom.

question #2 is she right? all i see is holes for the fan's heat outlet. so she isnt wrong about what she sees, i'm not as literate as her when it comes to hardware and cooling. but i still know what is good and what isnt.

question #3 what do i do with it if she is right about bad circulation, the side panel is acrylic so i can drill holes in it if i have to, but should i run the computer open for a while, its nice and cool in my computer room, and i constantly clean the insides of all the computers running in there.

i would like to be back installing win7 playing GRAW soon, and MOH airborne, but because of the warm temps it isnt worth the risk just yet,
