TrueLed Posted August 30, 2010 Share Posted August 30, 2010 Any ideas why I am suddenly getting this message when trying to join the GE Ghost Soldiers Elite Server "Altered files are not permitted to avoid cheating" I have played there many times until the last couple of weeks. JohnTC02 Posted August 30, 2010 Share Posted August 30, 2010 Just a guess but it's possible that they have changed or altered a weapon (or some other) mod that they are using on the server, you need to have the same version of the mod installed on your PC that is running on the server or you will see the error you mentioned.
