Or do you think it ever really effected the products UBI was releasing? Somehow I really doubt EA had any effect on what UBI was producing, cause I don't think even EA would have butchered the Tom Clancy name as UBI has. Or possibly EA realized UBI's golden goose (i.e. Tom Clancy's namesake) is beginning to dry up and got out while there were still ahead.
