Connecting to Multiplayer

All the ip's show "unknown" and if a try to connect to one i can't get past where it says "connecting" i could connect fine yesterday but now i can't :wall:

i can connect to TS so it's not my connection

Just a shot in the dark, but check your default port setting, in MP options. I think it should be 2346. This may not be it but that's all I could think of. Are you behind a router or software firewall? It is weird, but sometimes IP's that I have set dissapear from my list, so try reentering them too. X

My parents do so i'm stuck with it untill broadband comes into my area <_<

but anyway the prob the has fixed itself even though i did nothing different :huh::D

i get that too does any pne know why GR deletes ip's sometimes? cos it's really bugging me <_<

sometimes i get i.p. deleted as well...sometimes if i try to connect to a friend i usually play with, who is behind a firewall so he never shows in mp screen, and he is not there , i hit cancel then the next time i start ghost recon his i.p has been deleted. so maybe ghost recon thinks it is a bogus i.p and deletes it ?!

Make sure that you have the latest patch, which is 1.4. also, when you connect, make sure you have the same mods as the system you are trying to join.
