dekela 0
This may be stupid, but why are the flag patches on the GR shoulders backwards? I was watching "Blackhawk down" and noticed they were the same.

Pave Low 16
Flag etiquette says that when the flag is displayed horizontally, the blue field should be on the upper left. The U.S. military allows two exceptions — displaying the flag on the right side of a vehicle and on the right shoulder of a uniform. In those cases, a “reversed field,” with the blue in the upper right hand corner, is permitted. This is done so it looks as though the flag is blowing in the wind caused by forward movement. Pave Low 16
Aw shucks, it weren’t nothing mate. Glad to help out. It confused me too, the first time I saw it in the real word Flag etiquette is an interesting subject, there are rules/procedures for everything! which is understandable given what a flag represents. dekela 0
Well it had me stumped...I asked me old man who was a WO2 in the ADF, he thought I was crazy or something. I honestly thought some-one had stuffed up.
