GR 4 mentioned in UBI "line-up for 2009-2010"

Recommended Posts

Yes, Ghost Recon 4 and I hope it will be a mix of Ghost Recon to Ghost Recon 2 Summit Strike, I really hope they ditch the AW-theme

The games line-up for 2009-10 will include the following flagship titles:

− 7 franchised games, including Assassin's Creed® 2, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Conviction, Rabbids Go Home, Red Steel® 2, Ghost Recon® 4 and Anno 1404.

if its released in march wouldnt that give it like, a whole 3 year break from the franchise? We had better get a polished title, what are they going to have to re-hash? People would be ###### if that happened. Should definately be on new technology....

Yeh various news sites noticed the GR4 news in the latest statements from Ubi, but really this was revealed first back in January.

Thanks for the link anyway.

I kinda like that its going to be an "early 2010" release. Gives me more time to play with a couple of games this year and then be able to see how well the game turns out. :hmm:

I like that its GR without the AW part......?..right?

At least it is something to look foward to..........again...........and again................and again...................

Hey..........is there gonna be a DEMO or what.......? :wall: ............. :shifty:

I am getting very nervous about the PC side of Ghost Recon, I really hope Ubisoft gets it right this time. It's my only hope for a tactical shooter that isn't as large scale as ArmA, I've always like the fact that the [Ghost Recon] made you feel you were part of "The Ghost". The briefings were spot on, the atmosphere was immersive, believable objectives, and truly not linear. If RSE is developing Ghost Recon 4 then we might have hope, but thats kind of speculating since it hasn't been officially announced, except for the post by Kimi.
