Kandymann
I have purchased a used copy of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon which is a "Limited Edition produced exclusively for The Daily Mirror in association with ASDA". I have installed the game succesfully, I can explore the disk files in Windows Explorer and when I fire up the game the full menu appears but when I click on the PLAY GHOST RECON option I get an error message entitled "Cannot Locate the CD-ROM. Please insert the Ghost Recon CD-ROM, select OK and restart application". How can it not "locate the CD-ROM" when the game has installed AND I can explore all the files within Windows Explorer so the computer HAS located the CD-ROM. Please can someone shed any light on this problem? Thanks
JoshuaOneSix
Take the used disc you bought and insert it in the CD-ROM. The disk is required to physically be in the CD-ROM (or DVD/CD player) for the game to run. Welcome to the forum! JoshuaOneSix
