Pave Low
when you set the server up have you done this step ? Creating a config template: *Launch GR:AW 2 on a local PC, go to create server screen, select dedicated - then add maps, change settings to suit for each gametype. There is no 'save settings' button as the manual suggests. The file will however be created once you start changing settings. *Go to the GR:AW 2 install folder, find 'settings' folder, find the 'dedicated_game_info.xml' - file. *Edit the file as required. *Upload to the server in the 'settings' folder. bat21
I have tried to Create a dedicated server on my own machine with success, but it will not create the Dedicated_Game_Info.xml. I said this in my post. I should have put it closer to the top. I have tried this and it will not create the XML file. I wonder if it has something to do with my OS being Vista 64bit. I have looked all over the web and can not find the solution to this problem.
bat21
I have tried that method countless times. Here are some screens to show you. This is the server running. This the folder after the server has been created and shut down. No dedicated.game.info.xml. Am I missing somethig? This is really nerve racking.
