Light Mapping Again

Hi guys, I have a problem when I generate a lightmap.. >_<

Crash in application version: 30899.3048

Out of memory allocating 94488160 bytes

I had the same prob with heavy_down, I removed all the vehicles (heli's & car) and it worked.

I did the same here, but no luck..

I have 2 meg of ram.

Do I need more?? :hmm:

I recall something about setting the resolution to lower...will do a search...

EDIT...Yep, you might want to search in the GRAW forums too...

Tried this last night prior to going to bed and the Editor crashed with an "out of memory" message.

Depending on your current settings, but sometimes you could get around this (and similar issues in :AW) by running the editor using an 800x600res -Windowed.

arrr, It's all coming back to me Obi one HeCanKnowItAll :P , I did lower the resolution at the same time, I just thought it was the vehicles that played up.

But if I did have 4, 8 or 10 megs, would it work? or is it the memory in the video card ?(8800 gtx )
