Dedicated Server And Coop Mode

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare 2

Hi all, I was looking into setting up a Dedicated server for coop maps but there is no option to set it up for Coop. It only cycles through all the other Modes. Am I missing a download? Also it looks like you would have to set up on a campaign server for coop maps but they only have mission maps. Is there a way to get custom maps on that server?

Thank you.

NOTE: This should be in the Server forum here http://www.ghostrecon.net/forums/index.php?showforum=203

Can someone move it? Last time I tried I stuffed it up :)Done

Not sure what you mean by this...if you want to create a dedicated server then just select Multiplayer, Create server (bottom right), select "dedicated Server" from the server type drop down list" (top right)..the maps you want on the server (ie. click them and they'll appear in the screen under "Server map cycle" window and click create server?

If that is not what you are after then please give more details and perhaps a screen shot (use FRAPS or similar to capture screen and post link to somewhere like photobuchet).

OK, When i select the Dedicated server, under the shared settings there is "Setting for game type:. Right now it is set on Team Deathmatch. How do I set it for Coop?

When I did this before after you finished a coop map it would load up a Team Death Match with the same map we played for the coop.

You must have only coop maps in the map list. You can not mix them.

Coop maps are prefixed by the text "coop_".

It will then show "settings for gametype: Cooperative".

If you have Team Death Match map in your "server Map Cycle" list, (ie. a map which has a prefix of "tdm_") it will get confused and show "settings for gametype: Team Deathgmatch".
