I used to play a sniper mod that had a few (three or more) missions where you had to hunt down 40+ snipers that were cleverly placed all over the map. wombat50 Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 I think the name is Sniperfest. We have had it off and on the server for several years. We just dropped the mission files into the orgimiss folder on the server so this may be the reason some of the missions bounce us off the server. The mission on Night Farm map and Embassy always do this to us. The mission on M04 is a doozy. 15 tanks and numerous howitzers and ADA. migryder Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 the mod I remember was almost if not entirely counter sniper based....there were snipers everywhere..the mission on Caves(m01) had you insert just in front of or just inside the caves and it was pure terror trying to get out of there.... I saw a mod I think at Woody2000? called SniperChallenge? if so, that may be it...I do know that the one I'm thinking of was released around 2002-2003...as I recall anyway... However, the Nevyn's mod mentioned Ronski Elite DS Sniper Map pack, which could also be the one. I found a link at the woody2000 site but the link appears to be broken...
