Has anyone read GR The Book?

Without some sort of sterling review, my only reference frame to a Ghost Recon (in the current GRAW sense of the word) book would be the games, i.e. GRAW1 and -2. Considering they were such toe-curlingly tacky pieces of dribble (not helped much by the lousy execution) that I really don't see why I should part with any of my hard earned money to read that.

PS: Of course, if the book by some miracle contained something truly entertaining then it would be another story. And by "truly entertaining" I mean Capt. Mitchell and friends dying a slow and painful death; like, being crotch-beaten to death.

Ouch! I think that would be quite painful for some to read. Especially guys since they have to visualize what is going on in the book.
