Hey all, I know I have seen a few people hanging around here talking about LOCK ON lately, so I thought I'd just throw an invite to you guys. There are a few of us over at SPARTA trying to get this game up and running and learn how to fly/fight, so if any of you would like to send yourselves over to instruct us, or just to goof off in a few coops, feel free to. We are keeping most of the posts in our IL2 part of the website, so come on over.

There are a few problems, like connection issues, that we are looking for people to help out with. Here is our website..

You first need to start off by getting hyper lobby which is the way most people fly online. Then you should jump into the 104th server for some flights with the 104 guys who are really nice and very helpful if you have anything you need help with. Next thing to do is grab tacview which will record all of your flights.

After flying with your squad mates in a few flights with that running, in there server or anyone elses server, you will be able to review all of yours and everyone elses flight from that and learn a hell of a lot of things. That is one of the best ways to fly. See how others fly together, how they attack, what weapons they uses and what tactics they use, which is all shown using that tacview. After that, there is one other site Ill give ya that will teach you alot of actually flying the planes in the game. The site is called flanker training and it has alot of free videos on how to use both the Russian and American planes.

Lastly make sure you guys all have flamming cliffs as you will not be able to fly online without it (unless you all fight each other with 1.02).
