Fletch 0
I downloaded and activated the Single Player Platoon Extender Mod and when I am in game adding AI to the squads I still only have 6 available. What am I doing wrong? I have GR/DS/IT installed along with Sniper Armory and WoW 3.1. I made SPPE the highest Priority to the lowest and no matter where its listed nothing happens. Normally I play just a single sniper with the rest in reserve in case I need them, but I'm playing StoneBell on elite nad the 5 AI that I have might as well be 5 unarmed boy scouts as the enemy easily dispatches them no matter where I place them. I wanted to try this mission with a few extra AI and see if they are able to hold out longer.
Fletch 0
No one use this mod?
Fletch 0
figured it out, nice but of no use for getting through the regular campaign. That one mission (Stonebell) always kicks my butt because you get attacked on several different fronts and you can't control all 3 platoons at once.
thales100 44
Cool.

natsanwa 0
heres one way to nail stonebell, sure there are lots.... set alpha to cover left flank (halfway up the hill, watching the little opening on top of the hill. behind where the un guys are) bravo - same deal, but oppsite side take charlie straight up the middle with some at's, blow up the tanks as they round the corner, then leg it back to the bridge (use the bridge pilings as cover to nail the advancing troops) once the tank threat is out of the way, choose one side to advance (alpha or bravo) - set the team you ARENT taking to cover the area (hold and suppress fire) nail all those lovely baddies. jobs a good 'un. offspring_18_87 0
how do i get it to work?
Fletch 0
look in the mod folder for that mod and there is an exe file that starts the mod.
offspring_18_87 0
its already listed as a mod in the game, its the same problem, i still have 6 guys instead of the extended
Fletch 0
trust me look in the folder and start the exe file that in there. A small screen comes up asking how many of each AI you want up to 6 per platoon. The game can only be started via this exe to get the extra AI, if you try to start the game normally it won't work. foxyboy1964 0
I just found this mod a few days ago and I must say it is EXCELLENT. I had stopped playing [GR], played it to death, but while browsing this forum I found this thread, DL'd the mod and it has given the game a whole new lease of life. If Don Miguel is still around I would like to thank him for his work.
Leprechaun 0
Bigger problem for me, installing the mod doesn't create a folder! Tells me the mod's there but I can't ever find the folder when I look for it. EDIT: Wait, no, got it. Vista was just being a tool. DonMiguel 11
I'm still around, now and again. It's funny, this is one of those mod/tools that I never really ever got player feedback from. I got some initial reaction stuff, but nothing from players that used it to any extent. I'm glad to see people use it from time to time Have fun!
