Cpl Ledanek 247
I'm looking for some 80mm fans (total of 3) to replace aging OEM fans from my Full Tower Chieftec case. Prefer low noise over air-movement, pc will be a storage pc. thanks in advance
CrowmanUK 0
I'm using akasa 120mm fans and theyre really good mate so i'd probably recommend something like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....&subcat=819 but if you want really quiet theres always these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....&subcat=
ROCO*AFZ* 0
Bleh 80mm. It's hard to get them quiet compated to 120 which moves the same amount of air with way less rpm. Thermaltake has some decent ones.

Foxtrot360 0
I've only bought one, the rest came with the new case I bought last year, but before that I had got one Thermaltake. Seemed to hold up fine. Current case has some Apevia fans I think. Seems to work fine too. But if I'm not sure how silent they are compared to some people's standards. CR6 0
Bleh 80mm. It's hard to get them quiet compated to 120 which moves the same amount of air with way less rpm. Exactly, if you want quiet, then you need a bigger fan. If that is not physically possible for your case, then see if your mobo supports setting the speed of the fans and get 80mm fans that connect directly to your mobo (instead of the fans with the molex connector that attach to your PSU)
