The interesting thing about this shot is that while I was taking the 9 photos that it is made up of, the lighting changed drastically due to a cloud moving out, so the left hand photos were overcast and the right hand photos was very bright and clear - this would normally make for a very funny looking composite image. The pano sticher tool is clever though and it levels out the different light levels so it looks like one photo, the only problem with that was it left me with a VERY washed out image. A simple contrast filter sorted that out and left me with those awesome shadows in the hills and the sunlight lighting up the grass at the far end, it was an amazing transformation. All I had to do then was play with colour levels and remove some of the "ghost" swans that appeared because they moved during the photo shoot.
