Here is the height: 44.5 cm Is this the monitor height, or the height from the bottom of the base to the top of the unit? As I only have so much space for it to fit in. Ruin Posted March 16, 2008 Share Posted March 16, 2008 I would assume that's the whole thing, with stand. I have a 22" Samsung and I just can't picture the monitor itself being 45cm, that'd be big. If you want a great alternative, I have the Samsung 226BW 22" WS. This is a gorgeous monitor, 2ms refresh, 3000:1 contrast ratio. I love it. And it's only $300USD, great deal for such a superb monitor IMO. I went to a store locally and saw both my monitor and the one you're looking at there (22" vs 24" may not have been your exact model, but it was a 24" monitor). Anyway, the size difference was negligible, but the price difference would really put a dent in your wallet, I think there was like a $150 - $200 difference between them. Here is the height: 44.5 cm From Samsung Size with stand (in mm) 560.0 x 444.5 x 250.0 Size without stand 560.0 x 368.5 x 83.0 Now, the Samsung I have looks just like that, I think it is the 225 I have, the screen size is 470mm x 310mm. The adjustable base at it's lowest setting has 40mm clearance off the desk. So, it looks like your monitor with the base at lowest hieght would be 368.5 + 40mm = 408.5mm.
