REPLAYS - PLZ READ!

Recommended Posts

When all living Members of the Team are at Extraction, your Team will receive a score in this format -

Good Try Sniper Team, your score is 50.

However, submitting a score is not enough to guarantee a result - you must send the replay of the Mission with your score in a .zip or .rar file to an email address to be determined.

The first Mission is the Training Mission (score will count in Tourney!!) - once you submit Score Result with Replay (see format below) - you are eligible to receive Mission 1 Pack - which will contain the 3 maps required to complete that Mission. Teams will have a Mission Length Time in which to submit results for the 3 maps. Once they hand in results for Mission 1 they may receive Mission2Pack, etc.

Example only -

Mission1Pack (consists of Lay It On The Line; Finders Keepers; Off The Radar maps)

Time Allowed = 5 hours

This means you will have 5 hours to hand in results for ALL 3 maps. This means that there will be time to have a break between maps and/or try maps a second of third time if desired.

Submittng Replays Format -

Handing in results means handing in the Replay Pack discussed in previous threads.

A winzip or .rar file with a notepad document showing Team Name and Number and scores received for each Map.

In addition, you must hand in a Replay for each Map named accordingly.

Example -

Notepad doc - *BAD*Team2 (or Team Bravo) scored: Map1-50; Map2 - 100; Map3- 75.

Replays handed in - BAD2 (or BADB)MAP1 ; BAD2MAP2 ; BAD2MAP3.

Simple.

Note - This means Officials will still be required to hand out approx 200 files!!!!

If we can't recognise your team, the mission number, and the replays don't work, then thats your problem...NOT MINE.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE REPLAYS RECORDING INGAME!!

AT THE END OF THE MISSION MAKE SURE YOU SAVE THE RECORDING AND GIVE IT A NAME!!

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH FOLDER THE REPLAYS ARE BEING SAVED INTO!!

IF YOU FORGET TO NAME THE REPLAY DO NOT PANIC - IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN THE SERVER - LOOK FOR DEFAULT.RPF AND RENAME IT!!

Test all of this now!! Not when you've just finished the First Mission and realized that you don't have a replay to hand in.....you have been warned.

How to view replays?

You view replays from within your game - open GR and look at Options - View Replays. Then you choose the replay to watch and voila!

That's for ppl who want to see replays in action - and that's what we will be loking at if necessary.

Replays are usually found in GR/Data/Save/Replays folder or there abouts - yours may save into MP1 or MP2 just have a look they will be there somewhere.

Lighty.
