Mission Making Questions

you know that notepad thing you can read when you're looking at your map? Can someone tell me how to add notes as well as mission objectives on that thing?

I also want to know how to add a pre-mission screen to my mission because every time I start my mission, it always goes to the mission itself instantly instead of switching you to the map screen first to view your objectives and such.

Loading out specific equipment to my team probably isn't too much of a problem since I can just add weapon/ammo boxes at the starting point but I suppose being able to do it during the pre-mission screen is better so I also want to know how to do that. I already know the commands on how to add the weapons but I just don't know exactly where to put those stuff.

I'll probably ask a few more stuff later on but I'll leave them be for now and focus on these stuff first.
