Hi,

I've downloaded various helper point files, and for some reason I can't get them to sling the weapon correctly. Is there something I'm missing?

RiflemanHolster that I downloaded from Earl's site. Matter of fact, all of the HolsterPoint files don't work. Is it because of what version? I use 3.1 and that's perhaps the only thing I can think of.

Yeah, I've been there plenty of times. Problem is, I'm running 3DSMAX 3.1, and the files are 4.x Though I'll see if I can't make some Helperpoints for myself. If it comes down to it though, I'll probably ask someone to do that task.

That's the thing, I've tried it for an hour last night, and nowhere. Is there a Particular point you link it to? or just place it where needed?

Check @WAR, there are some Helper Points for download there and they are for 3.1. I use them and have no problems with them. When adding the Holster point, group the point and the character mesh together and move them. The pistols are already pretty much on the $. :o=

Well, it's gotta be the units setup then, as I've followed instructions, and nowhere. Does the Rifleman figure have to be in inches? or do I keep it in cm? Or howabout I send a screen on how I want it placed, as that may be the issue too:
