T_1 0
Tragic news. He was well respected in motor sport community and a real ambassador for his sport and his country. That there were children on the helicopter as well just makes the news even sadder. RIP.

Dick Splash 23
This is bad. The first CM Rally for the Playstation in '98 was [and still is] a great game. The Xbox '04's brilliant too. I've mentioned this to a few people in the US and they.......errrrrrr........don't know what 'rally' is! DS
Whisper_44 0
I've mentioned this to a few people in the US and they.......errrrrrr........don't know what 'rally' is! I tried to explain to a co-worker, the analogy that worked best was a comparison to Dale Earnhardt. A great tragedy all the way around

Gav80 0
David Coulthard (a close friend of Colin McRae as a fellow Scottish racing driver) is planning to wear a helmet painted with McRae's colours in this weekend's Japanese grand prix as a tribute. He hopes to get all the drivers to sign the helmet after the race and then donate it to the McRae family. And for those readers in Kentucky who only know NASCAR and drag racing, David Coulthard is a Formula 1 driver. And Formula 1 is another one of those "European" race series that Americans have never heard of - it's kind of like CART or IRL, but bigger and higher-tech (and -budget), and without the ovals. It's where Juan Pablo Montoya disappeared to for a few years between his time as CART champion and his NASCAR debut...
