GR1 sever crashing

I am having a problem with my server going thru a continuous crashing cycle,it just goes down then keeps trying to restart itself and crashing before it can fully load. I am using the latest reconlogger but it has happened with the last 4 or 5 versions, recon log says it's a memory error and probably a hack. it has happened on three different installs of the game on 3 different OS's and 2 different machines. leads me to believe it is a hack and if any one knows a fix please reply.

I also have error reporting disabled but I found it will do the crash loop until you shut down dwwin.exe(dr watson error reporting) in the task manager.

I even went so far as to shutting off error reporting from starting in the windows services but even that doesn't help.

any ideas ??????
