Rasmuth 0 Posted May 1, 2003 Share Posted May 1, 2003 Hello everyone, I just got Ghost Recon bundled with my video card that came with my new rig. I installed the game and it runs fine. Currently version 1.0.0.2. I downloaded patch 1.3 and patch 1.4 and when I install 1.3 the game won't run...it doesn't recognize that the CD is in the drive...even though it is. Then for kicks I installed 1.4 and the issue remains. Any idea whats going on? I'm running XP home on a 2.0 AMD with 1024 Ram and 128MB GEforce card. Thanks. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Pave Low 16 Posted May 1, 2003 Share Posted May 1, 2003 Yeah, this is a well known problem with GR that was bundled with the MSI cards not working with the bundle CD's after being patched. you have do do the following Please create an incident with us to get the MSI patch. Also, attach a copy of your dxdiag report to the incident. Click here to raise a Ubi Soft Incident report You need to specifically mention that you got GR with the MSI bundle and that it doesn't work after patching, they should then e-mail you a link to the patch Once you have used it do not post the patch link or publicise the url.
