EasyCo
Ah dang, if only UBI brought out the patch.... I'd be getting interest in GRAW2 again.... it's better than COD4, but lacks players and maps..... I have to say this... how many maps do server actually play on COD 4? I haven't seen more then Graw2 in a rotation. (they usually skip shipement for example) Now back on topic lol.. I was hoping to check this one out. sounds like wolf may be interersted in finishing it maybe ? ambush, backlot, bloc, crash, crossfire, district, downpour, overgrown, pipeline, showdown, strike, vacant, and winter crash Thats skipping the small maps: wet work, bog, and shipment. 16 maps in all. Thats a lot better than GRAW Edited December 20, 2007 by EasyCo
ROCO*AFZ*
ambush, backlot, bloc, crash, crossfire, district, downpour, overgrown, pipeline, showdown, strike, vacant, and winter crash Thats skipping the small maps: wet work, bog, and shipment. 16 maps in all. Thats a lot better than GRAW LOL they go so fast it seems like less. GRAW2 has 8 TDM but... Each map is 4x the size of almost all of the CO4 maps. If that patch brings 2 more i'll be happy... And if this map is anything like biro's rendtion of castle day which rocked... i'll be even happier.
EasyCo
I agree some maps are bigger but some are the same size as well. I really enjoyed GRAW but it just doesn't have the players or the support that COD4 has. Edited December 20, 2007 by EasyCo

Forrester
Well I'd like to get some GR like maps for COD4 trying to get some modders together in a TS channel so everyone can help eachother out and maybe take some "old" projects from GR/GRAW and turn them into COD4 maps for the GR lovers..... As far as I can see COD4 has enough in it to give the immersement GR had, rain, snow everything possible unlike GRAW. Now only those doors......... Biro
I had actually no plans about any more modding for GRAW2 after Castle_Day, but I have been modding a bit now and then and I wanted to learn the Polyboost tools aswell (www.polyboost.com) for those who's interested. There's some really neat tools in this package, just check out some videos on their homepage. So I could off course have worked more on Squirrels Creek, but there's so many thing there I ain't satisfied with so I wanted something smaller and ended up with carving out mp_river from good ol' Ghost Recon. I guess I will release it if I'm satisfied with it, but I really hope I can get it into Ground Branch aswell, when that time comes. I'm working on some more detailed and realistic looking trees aswell I hope I can use later on aswell. Time will tell, but I guess I'll release this for GRAW2 as there ain't too much work on such a small map.
NoFears
Biro.. It is nice to see you back on this forum and hear you going back to modding again. You have great skills and I hope to see some more of your coming projects for GRAW 2.
