Quekel
Is there a way to get the SP maps, put spawns on them and use them as MP maps?
Tinker
No reason why not. Probably taking out all the effects and so, The Damn map would be good for T v T map. Start either side of bridge, first to reach the middle? Hey, it`s all in the tutorials.
-Corax-
Is there a way to get the SP maps, put spawns on them and use them as MP maps? I think you can but the SP maps are NOT optimized for MP; depending on the server it might take a long time for a server to load up and depending on the number of players... Plus game play might suffer from lag specially for those running slower machines. SP maps are huge compared to MP maps... Have you tried the Co-Op campaign with 4 player? It does suffer from lag when a lot of things are happening... I predict the same thing will happen with MP specially with more than 12 players. Tinker
Yep, but you can strip down a map of SP items, mainly effects and so to help. I`ll be more interested in the opposite. Firefight on the Night Lagoon Map.
GRIN_Wolfsong
Just clean the maps and limit them down in size and they'll work fine. Remove physics objects and such.
Nutlink
In GRAW 1 it was surprisingly easy. I've been thinking of doing it for select missions in GRAW 2 since some just don't lend themselves to a good game of coop or TDM.

Barricaded of the hacienda area to limit the map for a good close DM match. Will be in the first release of my mod.
Lightspeed
Quekel you are so impatient - I will get on comms and discuss it with you. But the simple answer is yes - every map that is currently in GRAW2 can be opened and used for any of the other gametypes. Wolfie, Im planning to use Hacienda as the first TRR map, but Im going the other way - Im going to open up all that "Dummy Area" and shift it back to create a larger map. Would love to see the code for it - then I will know how to do it properly first go. And then I can knock up a TRR Tourney pack for some of the leagues. Much fun.
