Diffuse textures should be DXT5 if you save then as DDS. You can use TGA as well if you get problems. It gives a little bigger files. DXT5 (that's what our exporter says, but I guess it's the same as DX5) for diffuse (has specular map in alpha channel) and illumination maps. A8L8 for normal maps.
