So far the issues have been confined to 4 man coop. Game crashes on respawn but only as client, never as host.

4TH time. Playing TDM on Arroyo. Another problem was that after I left my spawn area I could no longer hear my footsteps, slide, etc. I could hear everybody else's. I could hear my gun and otehr players guns though. First time I have had a problem with sound and the first time I have played the Arroyo map.
