Might be a ploy to shift some units on the book, mind you, Jim Morrison dieing of "Natural Causes" does in some way make me laugh. On another note "Break on Through" was a track and a half. Sure, he could have been cleaned up and placed in the bath to wash away vital evidence, but it would have been extremely difficult to hide the ulcers in his nose and mouth, unless offcourse, the doctor that did the examination in the nightclub is linked to the doctor that wrote the certificate.
