Desert Siege - read this!

1. I've got Ghost Recon installed on my pc. I've been trying to add Desert Siege there but I haven't managed. Which subfolder must be DS instelled in? Thx.

2. What is the easiest way to playusual or DS in the net?

Hehe, just chuck the DS cd in and run the install - it will create the subfolders for you

Ds, once installed, is actually an add on mod, not a seperate game. It shows up in your mod folder as MP1, and must be activated to play. It's also the same with Island Thunder. It shows up as MP2 in your mods folder.

You will find that most recommendations for finding games will be right here in the Games Room forum along with dedicated servers listed on the News page here. Failing that ASE is the next way to find games I would recommend.

I'd avoid UBI if I were you, I started out there but once I found GR.net and dedicated servers I haven't looked back. I'd suggest getting Island Thunder also, as most servers run both DS and IT.

Definitely avoid ubi.com. It blows. Come here and look for games, and barring that, ASE is definitely the thing to use.
