electropolis
It's the first time. Maybe I will start from this I've Got AMD Athlon 3500+ 2,2GH 1 GB DDR2 667 MHZ Main board: MSI MS-7250 nVidai GeForce 7300 GS with 256 DDR and i've got this strange problem with my GRAW (Original) Earlier I played, and everything was fine. The game wasn't jaming. Now, when I'm playing. Maps in the campaign mission are loading very long. And when they do, everything is slowing down I must wait before I make a move. Hard Disk is working still like he was loading the map to the end. But when the time comes and the game wants to save mission point, it's the same situation. Still jaming, working very slow, and waiting before I can move. When I checked CPU, how does it work in background it takes about 530 MB !!! from system. That's the first time I noticed so many. Earlier it was about 250 MB. Does anyone had the same problem? What can be the reason? Edited June 21, 2007 by electropolis
Colin
Try the render ahead fix for now, and some time upgrade your GPU. http://www.ghostrecon.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=33371 http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/2...13/m/2481058855 Answer provided by rogerwilco99 "You need to download the coolbits for nVidia and enable the extra Direct3D controls on the nVidia control panel. On the control panel under "Additional Direct3D Settings" change the number of frames to render ahead from 3 (the default) to 0 or 1. This should solve this problem for you unless you have an ATI card (you didn't say). I thought this was on one of the stickies but those get taken down from time to time." Edit: Put up and changed title this is a good FIX. Link for cool bits. http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815 WARNING: Please read the read me file before using. Forrester
Was the game stable before the 1.35 patch and crashes it after? the 1.35 patch asks a bit more from your system to keep the game stable, that''s why 1 gig ram sometimes is not enough.....(had the same trouble, gone since 2nd gig ram)
