FI_FlimFlam Posted June 2, 2007 Share Posted June 2, 2007 If I recall correctly, in RvA the blast radius isn't that large giving the Recon team a chance to detonate without having to run a mile away. Often times in that mode you would have to detonate rather quickly because of the respawning Assaults. It's probably a balance decision regarding the gameplay for that particular mode.
