foy crash to desktop

Recommended Posts

Is anyone having a problem with the FOY mod crashing to desktop ? Except for this mod, everything else is running fine. I using XP on a Athlon XP3000 with 1gig memory, and an ATI 9700 Pro. BTW this is the only program I have loaded so far.

yeah - a lot of people are crashing to desktop with Foy on mission end - doesnt seem to happen with the mac version and some users with Win98.

still trying to work out ###### is causing this prob before i release the patch for Foy which amongst other things adds a commandmap, fixes the multilevel bug in Igor and some others

I just installed foy (the battle for bastogne) and started playing, loads fine. i see a tango shoot him and kill no problems what so ever, my problem began when i wanted to check my map; it simply wasnt there :( all i saw is the whole map area colored in white, is it meant to be like that or just anoter bug?

I kinda like the whited-out maps on the few downloads I've seen them - the use of the map screen makes the game too easy at times.

Exploring new areas without a map, and keeping your guys together - or getting lost and seperated entirely - is more realistic, and closer to what a WWII battle would be like.

well - it took a hellava long time - but i finally tracked down that sonova@#$ bug - it was a door model that was badly named.

hero2zer0 - the white screen u are referring to is the commandmap - the next update will have this.

will release it as soon as the mission modders send me their updated missions.

will keep u guys posted
