5timechamp
nothing major....except for a great explosion... it shows drone footage....something discouraging is that the drone shows part of the mission map....sadly it seems that the mission map is once again color coded (ie red means unexplored, blue explored)...this is somewhat of a letdown because i was hoping the missions would be open ended...still i may be premature in my assumptions so if anyone can come here and correct me on this issue by all means do so... one thing about C4 explosions is that the detonation and boom seem to happen at the same time....most C4 i ever dealt with usually has the flash/fireball/smoke/dust then the boom 1 second later....sorry just a small nitpick but i figure if u did it the way i explained ingame i suppose people not used to C4 might think(the delay) is a flaw with the game.. Yeah, I haven't been looking much but i did find four gameplay movies at fileshack. http://www.fileshack.com/browse.x?cat=3855 The game looks good, but I was hoping for the same kind of thing you are. I liked that on the original game you could bring up the map most times and it was just a huge massive place to explore. I like having several options on where to position my team if I'm going to strike a place with a lot of enemies. Guess we'll just have to wait until march. beonder13
I would think that the flash and bang at such a close proximity would be instantaneous. When a C4 explosion is filmed from a distance you will see the flash then hear the boom (kinda like when a thunderstorm is not directly over you). But the explosion would not be delayed so much so that you would have a space of time when right near the blast. And the color zones on the map seem to show what was explored and what wasn't. I hope it is more open ended as in the original, but these vids seem to show a pretty linear approach. Lets hope they open the MP maps a bit so that seige will allow for more attack options. Can't recall now. But he seemed to be pretty close, but behind cover.
