A file was missing but now when you say it's not good I guess I can skip downloading it again That is probably a DX file missing and I'm assuming you chose NO when asked about installing DirectX at the end of the game install. It seems to be the trend atm for every game you install to need to update DirectX and if you don't then it says there is a file missing when you try to start the game.
