I get this incredibly loud high pitched sound. WhiteKnight77 1
Welcome to GR.net. To get rid of that squeal open DxDiag (Start>Run>DxDiag) ang go to the sound tab and turn down hardware acceleration by moving the slider to the left. To show frame rates open the console (numberpad enter button) and type in toggleshowframerates the enter. Hit Esc to leave the console. This will show FPS in both SP and MP.
