Brother 0
I got GR Complete (with Desert Siege and Island Thunder installed). It works very good but everytime i tried to host a game it won't work. I am behind a firewall and, according to my provider, i don't have public IP:the lobby server creates one for me everytime i play. I choose BEHIND A FIREWALL checkbox in multiplayer options but at the time i create a gameroom nobody can join it.I don't want to play alone! How can i solve this problem? Do i have to activate something else? I usually play in other players rooms but i'd like to create my own game. Thank u for support. Brother
Urban_Tiger 0
Have you tried hosting a game by direct IP without going thru UBI with the behind Firewall box checked??? Try that first and if you can get that to work then work on UBI afterwards!! Is this Firewall Software or Hardware too (such as a router etc)??

I've never tried to host directly with my external IP...i'll try as soon as possible...I've got a router (ADSL connection)...i think it can be considered as Hardware Firewall...right? WhiteKnight77 1
If you use a router that connects to a DSL modem, you could have problems as the router is the firewall. If you are using a router you will need to forward ports 2346-2348 TCP and UDP to the PC with which you intend to host with.
