firefly2442 0
The Radeon 9800 that is in limited supply right now by ATI.... I believe the current version is a 128MB version. I read on their site that they will be coming out with a 256MB version as well. How long will that be? thanks.
Stinger 0
IIRC I've read this month or May. Edited April 5, 2003 by Stinger
RooK 0
The 9800 128mb was scheduled for mid March, and the 256 for April, so expect mid-late April.
firefly2442 0
That'll be awhile. Ahh well. I'll just go with 128MB 9800 for now. Thanks.
Dark Ranger 0
The 256MB version will be on the new R350 chipset, however, ATI designed this card with a .13u core instead of the standard .15u that the 128MB version has. Also, I understand that this card may be clocked a bit higher than the 128MB model. Probably more expensive too.
JTF-2 0
How much will the 256 card likely cost? i hate to ask...
RooK 0
$400+ USD No more than $500.
