talkinBEERmug
In props the n button toggles that thing that lets you put props on second stuff other then the floor.

-Corax-
What does 'Page Up' and 'Page Down' do? I've this does something when placing props...? NM I see what it does updating the list... Edited July 3, 2006 by -Corax-
Bota:16
Also for camera movement. Q & E moves the camera vertically down and up respectively. For selecting objects that are already in your map you can hover the cursor on the object that you want to select and hit 'b'. Saves time in searching for it on the list. To force a static object to be placed that wouldn't normally fit just hold the right mouse button for a couple of seconds. Use sparingly though and only when absolutely needed. Bota:16
Yes. But with statics all you have to do is left click the existing static object and it is automatically ready to be placed somewhere.
-Corax-
Yes. But with statics all you have to do is left click the existing static object and it is automatically ready to be placed somewhere. So is this correct... "B" KEY = re-selects initial selected prop I would check this right now but I'm at work... and I don't have a map editor available. Bota:16
'B' selects whatever your mouse pointer is hovering on, static or prop.
GRiN_Bumbi
Very good, I just found one thing missing that I can think of. You can select multiple brushes by holding down the ctrl key.
-Corax-
Hey what happened why can't I edit the original post?
AlexSledge
Very good, I just found one thing missing that I can think of. You can select multiple brushes by holding down the ctrl key. What would be REALLY cool would be if you could tell us how to toggle between adjusting pitch, roll, and yaw for props.

OSO
Hi all, I am trying to select multiple props at the same time with the cntl key per Wille's statement but can't. Anyone else haveing the same problem? thanks, Obmana You wouldn't by chance be confusing props with Props (brushes)? The tutorial that was installed with the patch explains in detail how to select multiple brushes in the list by holding downt the control key while you click. Obmanta
Nope justthe props themselves. If I place multiple props togethere for an example a fence, I want to copy multiple sections of the fence and paste them somewhere else. That would be a very time conserving utility. Thanks, Obmanta
