.45 cal Sushi 0
Well its been a while, 1 patch, another, another. It still sucks to the point of 'why play'. Coop player's aint happy, at all. How many coop server do you see? 5 maybe? Thats a total failure!! No respawns, leader dies game over, thats pure bull . We cant make coop maps without a full editor!! Even if we could we cant beta test em alone. This all just really sucks! The proof is in the amount of games on-line. It's pitiful. This the laughing stock of the industry. Theres more playing old GR than this poor excuse for a beta. The staff here has done a great job to promote this game. I for one feel bad for Rocky and the rest of the staff. It's a damn shame. Give us coop options and a real editor!!! Get your heads out of your arses. A lot of us are ready to send the game back for credit on this farse. It's disgusting at best. PC players have been left at the dance... and the DJ really sucks. Someone please fire his ass!!
LT.INSTG8R 0
While I agree Co-op is still poor at best as far as options go, again its the waiting game for Co-op players as well. We should get some more stuff soon in the coming patches. I havent even really played that much Co-op which is sad because I was 95% Co-op player in [GR] and GRAW's Co-op isnt enjoyable enough for me and that sucks as GR as a whole was the "King of Co-op" as far as gameplay went IMO. I just hope GRIN keeps plugging away at it and maybe it can put the crown back on.
Judge_Recluse 0
Could the lack of servers on gamespy be due to the fact that alot of people use Hamachi to play Coop? I dont think i could play with people I dont know for the simple fact that too many Rambos infest the pub servers. You always run into that one guy who wants his stats to look better than yours, and forgets about the teamwork aspect. When I play Coop, I ususally use Hamachi, or lock a server on gamespy because id rather play with the people I know instead of taking a chance Jhonny Rambo will join, and ruin the expierience. yttocs1966 0
I feel like that most the time. But lately I've opened up the server and found a few good players. Had them add me to there favorites , and they're in. It was worth opening up the server for a while. Now if we could just run a dedicated COOP server, that would be nice. .45 cal Sushi 0
I could only find 4 coop servers and 3 were locked. Coop play needs some love bad, cuz there aint any as far as I can see. 0 options and commander dies mission over gayness is getting too much for me. It's gotta stop. Damn server issues... Yall Beta test this tramp and let me know when it finally works as well as [GR] did on release.

Definitely the ability to not have to be in the server to host a co-op would be great... My squad and I basically just play Co-Ops... If you want to know what a bad co-op is... Try playing a NovaLogic game. We leave our server open waiting for people to join when we are playing... Anyone is welcome, except for cheaters (not discussing cheaters, just saying who is and isn't welcome). We've made some good acquaintances while playing and have had an absolute blast and anyone here is welcome! The server name is: Titans of War 2 Once I'm able to host again, the server name will be: ToW - TS - FF/On - Dedi 1.16 But... it would be great to have admin tools to be able to control the server. thr0tt 0
Everytime I start a coop server online it gets filled so there are plenty of players still wanting to play. The problem I find is that I want to be able to restrict the way others play on my server i.e. force them to have a reduced HUD, have the same limiting options as me and no triangles all over the place etc. Dedi server files with client force options would be great and especially with the ability to restart or respawn oh and KICK option would be good. Hockeystick 0
Doesn't coop-servers disappear from the list when they start a mission? Edited June 29, 2006 by Hockeystick

Attila 0
welcome to the forum, hope you will enjoy your stay, you seem like a pleasant enough fellow! Since the last patch i noticed a drop of coop servers... but it might be because they get fast into gameplay.... Also since the patch, and the redesign of body damage, the head is far more vulnerable. So people die from one shoot in the head, then they leave..... It's hard to keep same player in the server since mission are very long to do, player die fast now, and there is no respawn. I hope the next patch will take care of coop, and offer some "real new mission" and of course a coop support for the editor, and a ingame downloader from server. .45 cal Sushi 0
I want a full game editor to do coop modding with. I could care less about MP run'n'gun. It's why I bought the game. I still bought a beta. And I'm not happy about it. Damn gay ass commander dying cheeze eating surrender monkey crap.
ToW-Angel 0
Doesn't coop-servers disappear from the list when they start a mission? That is correct... once you are playing, they disappear from the games list.
Buehgler_AS 0
Doesn't coop-servers disappear from the list when they start a mission? That is correct... once you are playing, they disappear from the games list. And this will significantly limit the viability of public co-op gameplay. there is just no way to know (without other tools) if your associates are mid game in a server, since you can not see the game. For open co-op to work in the long term, we will need a waiting room as we had in GR, and we will need better support from the "game browser" -- or maybe we could just get support for ASE integrated?? I know this is not a big problem for the folks at AlphaSquad. Since we require people to be on TS to play with us anyway, we just use the TS channel as our game browser
