Freshmixture
I haven't read anything about this but I get intermittant "chipmunk" voices from cross-com people only. Has any one had this? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Cheers! Fresh
ROCO*AFZ*
Not in GRAW but i remember it in BF Desert combat. It was due to certain onboard sound cards using AC97. Check your manufacturer's chipset and see if there is an upgrade... for example via based boards are viaarena.com for the latest. Cookie
I'm sorry, but that's hysterical.
Freshmixture
The voice issues is intermittant. I have a old Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card. I probably should upgrade my card to something from Creative. Cheers! Fresh
Cookie
*tries to actually be a little helpful* Yeah, Turtle Beach is good for some things.. like music. But when it comes to gaming you really can't beat Creative. If you're looking for something cheap but REALLY nice. I'd reccomend you get an original Audigy (like an MP3, or a gamer) for $30 on Ebay, and softmod it to an Audigy 4. http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/show...ad.php?t=212093
stoked
I'm getting the same thing. Only after upgrading to 1.06 though. It was fine before.
WytchDokta
It's actually just people trying to immitate the digitally pitched vocals on some Scooter tracks. Nothing to worry about really.
