Perry May 12, 2006 - Ubisoft Montreal revealed its next incredible project, Assassins: Creed, exclusively for PlayStation 3 at E3 this year, much to the delight of Sony console fans and to the dismay of Microsoft consoles fans. A third-person action game in the vein of Prince of Persia, Ubisoft Montreal's newest title shows off the next generation with fantastic texture work, early but promising animations, and newly envisioned levels of Prince/Spider-Men climbing/traversing. But the game, officially, is strictly exclusive to PlayStation 3. Ubisoft officially would not comment on a possible Xbox 360 version. According to sources close to the company, however, there are potential plans for an Xbox 360 version at Assassins: Creed sometime in 2007. Additionally, Microsoft sources who asked not to be mentioned by name, claimed the demo, hidden behind closed doors at E3, was running on an Xbox 360 using a third-party USB PlayStation controller. The game system was hidden in a stand covered by a sheet. Again, Ubisoft officials would not comment. New add, eurogamer Assassins Creed: PS3 'timed exclusive' And xbox360news The last one (xbox360news) i seen for awhile and gone to trust what they post. Also im sure some of you may not believe me, but i recall a week or two before E3 when i first heard of Assassin's Creed and they where talking about some of the Lead people maken it behind UBI they where saying how they where incharge of maken a x360 and PS3 Assassin's Creed. Maybe at the time it was more of common sence that they added in x360 without knowen about the exclusive stuff or it's just not a exclusive, but he didn't know to keep it silent!? Yet since all the big hype since the E3 i can't find the artcile and has been taken down so i can't prov nothing. Anyways everything aside i truely believe it's coming to x360 without any doubt. This is only what i believe nothing more. Sad part is it looks like a good game just not a system seller like everyone is maken it out to be and even if it does come to the x360 im still not even sure if i would buy it anyways even knowen im getting the PS3, but its the same even on that system.
