That is, if GRAW or even general gaming is the reason for the upgrade.
DisgruntledArchitect
The video card, no question about it; 1.25GB may not be the 'optimum' amount, but it's plenty, and you're not going to see huge performance gains by increasing your RAM by 768MB. Another card, on the other hand, should yield a noticeable gain.

KRP 56
Graphics card. I already tried the 2gb vs 1gb of ram and load times seemed a little quicker but gameplay seemed the same.

Please lie to me, I bought 1 gb RAM extra for a total of 2gb RAM this very day.
KRP 56
Graphics card. I already tried the 2gb vs 1gb of ram and load times seemed a little quicker but gameplay seemed the same. Please lie to me, I bought 1 gb RAM extra for a total of 2gb RAM this very day. I'll lie if it will make you feel better. Both of my sets are Corsair XMS and the only difference is the 1gb set has better timings than the 2gb set. Sorry! Most tests I've read mention a dramatic increase in performance going from 512 ram to 1gb ram but only a slight improvement in some instances from 1gb to 2gb. Moezter
Desmond said CPU and VPU are the main things to look at. I think 3.0ghz is the minimum
